a. Removal of interior construction debris from a unit shall be the responsibility of the Resident. Debris cannot be disposed of in the condominium dumpsters or any part of the common areas. Residents will be charged for the removal of debris and any extra cleaning of the common area and facilities that results from the remodeling of an individual unit.
b. Commercial work within a unit is restricted to between 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, with the exception of emergency work.
c. All costs for damage or loss to an adjacent unit, which has been caused by the negligent actions of a Unit owner/Tenant, shall be the responsibility of such owner. The “Trustees”, if necessary, shall have the right to assess the owner for any costs attributed to such damage or loss.
